Act May Be Carried Out Only In Consonance With Terms
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Chapter, if a
person is designated as the guardian for an incompetent or quasicompetent
person with specification of certain terms, such a guardian
shall have the authority to carry out acts only in consonance with
such terms.
